The Department of Justice of the United States is making a lot of persecution of sites online. This persecution may be coming to an end after several years of continuous fighting.

Online Casino and Gaming Party as SporingBet have been persecuted for compliance with U.S. law from the moment he came into force on Compliance Act of Illegal Gambling Online (Uige) in 2006.

By the time online casinos are part of a gray area within the existing laws of that country and that is why the Department of Justice has made a proposal in which the virtual casinos must pay the funds raised in the U.S. before its withdrawal from the market and a renunciation of all executives, founders and owners that they should spend a short time deprived of their liberty.

This was considered unacceptable, the presence of the Department of Justice has undermined the resilience of the industry to the point where many, if not all, online casinos could pay huge sums to get rid of the case.

Meanwhile the legality of the case in the United States is certainly questionable, and gambling sites on the Internet do not want to be involved in concerns when employees are traveling to the United States, and also would like to be able to clarify the legal issue before of a potential re-opening and regulating the industry in the United States. This would give the sites a chance to return to the lucrative U.S. market.
