First, this article tries to answer some basic questions of which begin to be accountants; not intended to be the answer to all questions of a beginner, but a starting point to learn to count cards in the game the BlackJack. The purpose here is not recommending a system or product over another, here is what counts is what I was helpful to learn the game

What is counting letters ?

Let’s start with what count cards is and, more importantly, what is not. Counting cards is a way to trace the relationship between the letters of high value (good for the player) and the low value that are good for banking. When people ask me that “I” (except in the casino) I say that I am a “Probability Statistical Analyst.”

¿ Why the low value cards are good for the casino ?

Well, the casino has to follow rigid rules for play. He must ask if it is less than 17. An analogy: if we cast a coin ten times it would not be too rare to get, say, seven times as expensive. However, if we cast the same coin 50,000 times will be much more likely to get a figure close to its expectation of 50%, perhaps the number would be 4997. The same goes for BlackJack , when greater amount of hands play, the more we approach the statistical curve, therefore we will be closer to our “expectation .
