Poker Stars freeroll tournaments
PokerStars was the first card room to offer a
$1 Million Guaranteed no- limit
hold'em tournament every week. Each Sunday, the
event gets better and better. First prize in this event
is always more than $100,000.
Most weeks, the buy-in to the event is $215. The last
week of every month, the buy-in is $530. Finally, four
times a year, PokerStars offers a $1,050 event for the
best of the best. Every week, somebody turns one of
those buy-ins into enough money to buy a house. Even
better, PokerStars offers satellites to the Sunday
Million so you can get into the big event for just a few
bucks.

Poker
Stars $ 1000 000 000 tournaments
Poker Stars became an online poker giant following
back-to-back WSOP wins from Chris Moneymaker in 2003 and Greg Raymer in
2004. With Joseph Hachem joining them in 2005 they ensured their massive
exposure even further. In 2007, they became the largest online poker room
boasting the most tables and players online.
Poker Stars offers plenty of tournaments and freerolls
with great value, and the traffic volume is the best in the industry.
Real-money player statistics as of June 2007 show 10,000 ring-game players
at peak hours and 115,000 tournament players at peak hours.
Overall, Poker Stars is very professionally managed with a real "feel for
poker," plus it offers massive volume and a nice VIP program for loyal
players. The software is updated frequently to ensure safety and stability,
with almost no downtime as a result.
Aside from the publicity, this is a very professional
site to play on without any real flaws. Our largest promotion now offers all
new players coming from our site en Poker Stars caters to the serious poker
player, and their tournament traffic and offerings are unquestionably the
best online. Their software package is sharp, payouts are fast, and customer
service is prompt. If you play at high stakes, you can actually find plenty
of action all the way up to $100/$200. With other large sites dropping out
of the market, it was great news to hear that this site continues to welcome
US players. This decision has helped to make them the largest online poker
room in terms of player volume. Overall, I have continually been impressed
by Poker Stars and they have earned one of my top spots.
Since the Unlawful Internet Gambling
Enforcement Act, Poker Stars has become the largest poker
room in the world. Poker Stars is a world leader in cash
games and tournaments, and offers massive action in all
games they offer. In addition to massive traffic, Poker
Stars offers great promotions, an excellent loyalty program
with a huge selection of merchandise, special events and
qualifiers to all major poker events.
Poker Stars freeroll tournaments
The software is top notch in terms of functionality, layout
and graphics and offers fast play and very high reliability.
With such a large player base, the opposition ranges from
soft to very high quality, and there are lots of
opportunities to compete with top players for anyone
interested in improving their skills. In addition, the
customer support is well above average.
The games offered are of course Limit and No-Limit Texas
Hold'em as well as both Hi and Hi-Lo versions of Omaha and
Seven-Card Stud. The site also offers No-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo
games, H.O.R.S.E., H.O.S.E., 2-7 Triple Draw, Five-Card Draw
and Razz. Poker Stars started the micro-limit tables trend
when it introduced games for as little as 1¢/2¢ in Hold'em
and Omaha Hi. At these micro-limit tables there is no rake.
The games vary between No-Limit, Pot-Limit, and Fixed-Limit.
Full-table games, short-handed, and heads-up tables are all
available. Due to the size and geographical diversity of
Poker Stars, action can be found at pretty much any game at
any hour.

- To earn your deposit bonus
you must earn a designated number of Base
FPPs. The amount Base FPPs you must earn,
and the maxiumum bonus you may earn, may
vary by promotion.
Base FPPs which count toward the bonus
requirement begin with the first hand played
after the deposit is made to your account.
FPPs that you win in a satellite do not
count towards getting a bonus. For instance,
if you enter a 100 FPP satellite, win a seat
into a 1000 FPP satellite, and then
unregister, you're credited with 1000 FPPs.
Those do *not* count toward cashing in a
deposit bonus.
FreePlay and Freeroll tournaments do not
award FPPs. These tournaments are completely
free to play and as such are not part of the
PokerStars FPP program.
